Frequently Asked Questions
- Can we have more than 2 user stations? – Yes, additional user stations can be added at any time. Please contact ScienTek for price information.
- What platforms does STABILITY SYSTEM support? – STABILITY SYSTEM is supported on systems with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT(4.0),
2000, XP, and Vista. You also need a local area network. The database is centrally located in the file server and is shared.
- What about training? – The pricing already includes 2 days of on-site training. The travel expense for the on-site services is
extra and is invoiced as actually incurred.
- What about customer support? – Support is available via telephone, fax and email. Software maintenance and updates
are also included in the software licensing.
- Can ScienTek Software perform the validation for us? – Yes, you can commission us to perform the validation of STABILITY SYSTEM for you. Our service is comprehensive, fast, and cost-effective.

- Due to its extraordinary saving, the STABILITY
SYSTEM everywhere! pricing cannot be combined with any other
promotion. This pricing is effective for installations in U.S. and Canada.
- Annual licensing fee is required after the first year of use. Annual licensing
covers software maintenance and updates. Please contact
ScienTek for price information.
- Please note that the travel expense for the on-site services is extra
and is invoiced as actually incurred.
- The validation script and test results are provided as is. The validation
script and test results are for your use only. You are not authorized to
distribute to any other party. Consulting on the validation of STABILITY
SYSTEM is still available from ScienTek Software on a separate fee basis.
